As a teenager I began working in the sports industry and over successive years learned how to compete in and coach swimming, diving and trampoline. Then I took up Judo in which I attained a black belt fairly quickly and went on to represent Great Britain in a number of International Events.

It was a whole new challenge and required a completely different fitness routine. Over the next few years I trained for this event, qualified, attended and obtained the silver medal. I re-entered the fitness industry and re-trained to extend my skills in Sports Therapy and Premier fitness training.
